SCORING

The target has 5 rings scored from outside in:

1 · 2 · 3 · 4 · 5 (BULLSEYE!)

ROUNDS

3 rounds of 5 throws each. Maximum score is 75. Your total goes on the leaderboard!

CHICKEN BONUS

Watch for the chicken! A panicked chicken will fly across the target 1-2 times per round. Hit it for a +10 bonus on top of your regular score!

SUPER COMBO

Hit the chicken AND land a bullseye on the same throw for the ultimate SUPER COMBO (+20 points!)

WATCH OUT

Sometimes the axe will bounce off the target — just like real life! No points when that happens.

TIPS

• Power matters most — too little won't reach, too much overshoots

• Pull straight down for a vertical throw

• Practice your pull distance to find the sweet spot

• Tap the speaker icon (bottom right) to toggle sound

• Take a selfie after your game to show on the leaderboard!

WHO WE ARE

This game is operated by The Capitol Axe Throwing, located in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly.

WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect the following information only when you choose to provide it:

Leaderboard: Your chosen display name and game score.

Selfie Photo: An optional photo taken with your device camera, displayed on the leaderboard. You are never required to take a selfie.

Mailing List: Your email address, if you choose to enter the free axe throwing draw.

HOW WE USE IT

Names and scores are displayed publicly on the in-game leaderboard.

Selfie photos are displayed alongside your leaderboard entry. Photos are stored on our server in Canada.

Email addresses are used to enter you in our promotional draw and may be used to send occasional updates about The Capitol Axe Throwing. We will not send more than one email per month.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics. We do not collect any data automatically — only what you explicitly submit.

WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

All data is stored on our privately managed server hosted in Canada by HostPapa. Selfie images and leaderboard data are not backed up to any third-party cloud service.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may request to have your leaderboard entry, selfie photo, or email address deleted at any time by contacting us. We will process your request within 30 days.

CONTEST TERMS

The "Win a Free Hour of Axe Throwing" draw is open to residents of Canada, 18 years of age or older. One entry per email address. The winner will be selected at random and contacted by email. The prize consists of one hour of axe throwing for up to 4 people at The Capitol Axe Throwing, Brockville, Ontario. Prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 6 months of notification. No purchase necessary. Some restrictions may apply.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
